Since 1972 I have been actively engaged in helping people and their organizations perform better.
I have spent time in corporate roles ranging from administrative assistant to vice president. I have managed businesses and led people. I have been an employee and an employer. I have been an entrepreneur and an intrapreneur, as well as an advisor, consultant, coach and facilitator.
I have authored more than 25 training programs offering skill development in communicating, selling, servicing, negotiating, coaching, teaming, managing and leading.
I have been formally educated in virtually all the social sciences, from the baccalaureate to the post-doctoral level, and otherwise schooled by notable academics including Edgar Schein, Warren Bennis, Warner Burke and John Kotter.
I have presented at conferences and symposiums, lectured at executive education programs and taught at the graduate level.
I have facilitated hundreds of seminars and workshops, with thousands of participants, from virtually every level and function, for more than 100 organizations.
I have coached hundreds of managers and leaders, in more than twenty-five industries, some of whom have gone on to become the most notable men and powerful women in the business world.
And in every way imaginable I work with my clients in a fashion that focuses on their needs, wants and expectations with the intent to meet, if not exceed them
